$30, Air Compressor

i have this 3hp 8gal compressor, that I'm selling for possible parts. the motor doesn't seem to be locked up, it try's to work but clips out when it is turned on, I've changed the starter
capacitor but that didn't fix it. so it might be good for parts to someone's compressor out there.
