Opening Tuscan style full service restaurant. Chef qualifications should include, but not limited to, opening of restaurant, including menu design and layout, kitchen design and equipment needed, hiring, training and retention of competant staff. Chef will aslo be responsible for not only creating menu and nightly features, but also all aspects of managing the kitchen. Chef will need to be available for any hours and whatever it takes for proper operation of restaurant in first year of service. Interviews will include preparing a signature dish of choice. Chef must be able to be bonded and insured. Background checks and drug testing will be required. We are seeking a self starter with great enthusiasm and passion for the restaurant business.
