Hello, Sir/Madam, To receive private funding. Your first step you must have property under contract with seller. Investor will receive 55%-65% LTV of purchase price of property. The seller has to agree with a 35%-45 % carry back (2nd position). Once agreed between investor/seller. Investor will be emailed a fee agreement to be signed and sent back along with other needed documatation.
