Seeking experienced lead guitarist for newly forming dance band

We are looking for an experienced Lead Guitarist for an Akron area newly forming all occasion dance band.
Will be playing Funk, R&B, Motown, Disco, Swing etc. Anything that fills a dance floor.
Looking to practice once a week in Streetsboro and play out 3 or more times a month.
Must have mature attitude, good gear, and dependable transportation.
No alkies, druggies or ego maniacs.
