While our Full Service Management still remains our most popular service. If you don’t need rent collection, periodic inspections, maintenance coordination or on-line accounting and just need a Licensed Realtor to find you a qualified tenant…. Real Property Management can do that for you!
This specific program is designed for those who only need help finding a qualified tenant.
HERE'S HOW THE LEASING PROGRAM WORKS
1.) You tell us how much you’d like to rent your home for (we can help you figure what you should be able to get).
2.) We list it at that price, giving you more advertising than ANYONE out there… ADVERTISING ON OVER 100 rental based web-sites.
…to make sure your house rents as quickly as possible!
3.) We have Ohio licensed Realtors take all the prospect phone calls and schedule/attend all showings.
4.) We give you feedback 1-2 times per week on how the call volume is, how the showings went and when applications are turned in, being proceeding, etc… and if there’s anything that needs done, we tell you ASAP!
5.) Applicants apply on-line, we do a very thorough credit and criminal background check....So you get the best tenants.
6.) We produce and execute a lease with the tenant, collecting security deposits and initial rent.
7.) We send you your money, copies of the leases and tenant contact information so you can take it from there for monthly collection.
Cost:
-RPM charges 1 months regular rent for this service (with a $495 minimum fee) for our Leasing Service.
