We build the basic shell; equip it with a light; put in hangers for feeder and waterer; use wire hardware mesh attached with fence staples securely to 2”x2” window frames to make it predator resistant; add some egg layer boxes; and put it under a metal roof - all at a price that is about the only thing the others obviously find hard to imitate. You paint or vinyl side the exterior in a color to match your taste, and seal the floor, toss in some wood chips and the birds, and enjoy producing your own eggs.

Two sizes to choose from - 4x4 or 4x8. 4x4 Model holds 3 to 5 hens comfortably, 4x8 Model holds 6-20 comfortably. Designed to allow natural air flow – both coops include 3 vent - wire mesh windows and hangers for water and feed. A 'man door' is on the front with a latch to enter and exit for care and gathering eggs.

Customization is available from basic - such as where you want the hen door placed (back, left, or right side), window left or right side, left hand or right hand swing man door, and placement of the egg layer boxes. These preferences are at no additional charge.

Higher customization is also available, such as preference of roof color ($20) instead of the standard galvanized finish, Crossbuck ‘X’ on the door for aesthetics ($20), and even upper and lower split man door (no additional charge with crossbuck X on door). We even have flower boxes to put under the windows ($20), if you would like. Trade the square window above the door for an Octagon shaped window ($10) Upgrades have always been available, including using Smart Siding, Knotty Barnside, or T1-11 instead of OSB, (Highly recommended)

Both 4x4 and 4x8 models can be hauled in a full size pickup. Wheel wells in a full size truck are 50" wide, so this just fits between them.
