Oversee the day to day operations of the spa. Greet spa guests and prepare them for their day of relaxation. Assist the needs of spa professionals including spa laundry.
The Serenity Specialist also works closely with the Spa and Bridal Party Coordinator to organize large groups in the spa. Assist the parties during their day of services. Ensuring that everything on the day of the event runs smoothly.
