Guest Care Specialist

Our Guest Care Specialists are our first point of contact with each of our guests. They use world class customer service with each interaction. Their tasks include but are not limited to checking guests in and out for appointments, scheduling and confirming future appointments, as well as answering questions and assisting with retail purchases.
